Dr. James Azzi
Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT), Good Samaritan Hospital

James Azzi, M.D. is a board-certified ENT (otolaryngologist) with specialized training in the medical and surgical treatment of allergies and sinus disease including in-office balloon sinuplasty. His scope of practice is broad and includes head and neck cancer surgery, free tissue transfer, sinus surgery, as well as advanced cutaneous malignancies, thyroid and parathyroid. He holds an M.D. from Brown University. He completed his residency training at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai in Manhattan and his fellowship training at Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland.

Dr. James Azzi specializes in Balloon Sinusplasty, a less invasive alternative to traditional endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with mild to moderate symptoms. In the right patient, it is effective and safe and can treat a variety of sinus conditions by widening the sinuses and allowing drainage and aeration. Click here to learn more.
Dr. Helena Gemayel Azzi, D.N.P. F.N.P.
Dr. Helena Azzi is a board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Florida Atlantic University. She has been an allergy and asthma specialist for over 20 years. She is one of only a few providers in the area who are Certified Asthma Educators. Helena is a longtime resident of Martin County, practicing in Palm Beach County for over twenty years.
She is married with three children. Her oldest son Pierre is an attorney in West Palm Beach with degrees from both Harvard and Columbia Universities. Her son Dr. Jean-Paul Azzi is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon in private practice in Jupiter, FL. Her youngest son, Dr. James Azzi is a board-certified head & neck and micro-vascular surgeon with advanced fellowship training. She comes from a family of physicians. Her older brother is an orthopedic surgeon, her younger brother is a urologist, and her youngest brother is an internist at JFK North Hospital Hospital.
